Mimeline Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms") define the conditions for using Mimeline (hereinafter referred to as "the App"). Users are requested to use the App after agreeing to these Terms.

These Terms apply to all relationships related to the use of the App.

2. Purpose and Main Features of the App

The App aims to automatically record location data, allowing users to create a life log to track where and when they have been. The main features include:

• Automatic location data recording
• Manual location data recording
• Adding text and images to recorded location data
• Exporting recorded information
• Importing recorded information
• Reorganize and display recorded information using AI

3. Content and Copyright

The copyright of content posted by users belongs to the users themselves. If illegal content is discovered, we reserve the right to delete it.

4. User Responsibilities and Prohibited Activities

Users are responsible for using the App legally and appropriately. Unauthorized use and nuisance activities are strictly prohibited. The App complies with Japanese laws and regulations.

5. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

We assume no responsibility for any issues arising from the use of the App and will not provide any compensation.

6. Termination and Changes of the Agreement

These Terms of Service may be changed without notice. The revised Terms of Service will take effect from the time they are posted in the App, where users can view them.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws and regulations of Japan. Any disputes related to the App will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Morioka District Court as the court of first instance.
